Chase Sui Wonders In Talks to Join A24’s ‘Goblin’

EXCLUSIVE: The Studio breakout Chase Sui Wonders is in talks to join Goblin, A24’s new film from David Mikalson, which goes into production before end of year.

Character details are being kept under wraps. Wonders joins a cast that includes Kenneth Branagh, voicing the titular Goblin, along with Skyler Gisondo and Will Forte. Previously, we reported that the film is a raunchy comedy in the vein of Ted meets E.T.

Sui Wonders is coming off of the first season of the hit Apple series The Studio, where she plays assistant-turned-executive Quinn Hackett. Her work there earned her a Gotham TV Award nomination; Season 2 of The Studio airs next year.

Currently, Sui Wonders is in production opposite Jennifer Aniston, Peter Dinklage and her The Studio co-star Ike Barinholz on Universal’s holiday comedy Naughty from director Olivia Wilde. Next up, she’ll be seen in A24’s Slayground, an action thriller written and directed by Jeremy Saulnier, which releases on January 29, 2027. She is represented by UTA and Sloane Offer Weber & Dern.
