A trial date has been set for the 33-year-old man charged with murder after a man died in the Auckland suburb of Glen Innes earlier this month.
On 1 October 2026, Police were called to Sunnymead Road at about 2:45pm, where a man with critical injuries died.
A man, who has name suppression, has pleaded not guilty to murder.
Appearing at the High Court in Auckland on Wednesday, Justice Mathew Downs set his trial date for 4 October 2027.
He remains remanded in custody.
