A person has been taken to Auckland City Hospital in a serious condition after an incident in East Auckland.
St John said it was called to the scene on Mt Wellington Highway at 7:58pm on Tuesday.
An ambulance, a rapid response vehicle, and an operations manager were sent.
It referred to the police for further comment.
