Porirua Deputy Mayor Kylie Wihapi is being remembered as a leader who was passionate about her community.
Family, friends and the wider Porirua community will gather this weekend to farewell Deputy Mayor Kylie Wihapi who died aged 45 after a fall at her home.
Wihapi will be farewelled at Te Rauparaha Arena in Porirua at 9am on Saturday, November 7.
