The PSNI says it is building cases against 60 people who were part of a nationalist protest on Portadown's Garvaghy Road that stopped a controversial Orange march.
A number of senior Sinn Féin politicians are among 18 people who have already been interviewed.
They are being investigated for taking part in an unnotified 12-day stand-off opposing a planned Orange Order parade in Portadown last month.
The protest ultimately resulted in a decision by the Northern Secretary Chris Bryant to ban the parade, even though it had been approved by the Parades Commission.
Assistant Chief Constable Davy Beck said a team of 30 officers, led by a senior investigating officer, had been trawling through 70 hours of footage.
He said case files would be prepared and submitted to the Public Prosecution Service for prosecutorial decisions.
"The investigation will continue in the coming weeks in line with the criminal justice strategy put in place for this operation," ACC Beck said.
"As this is a live investigation, which is likely to be long-running, we won't be making any further comment at this time."
