中國央行調高外匯存準率 緩解人民幣升值壓力
（中央社記者張淑伶北京3日電）在人民幣兌美元匯率持續升值的壓力下，中國央行今天宣布15日起調高金融機構外匯存款準備金率2個百分點，由現行的4%提高到6%。這是近5年來首次調高這項外匯政策工具。
