陸委會：台灣參加APEC活動 不存在一中原則前提

（中央社記者呂佳蓉台北5日電）APEC今年主辦經濟體中國以電子郵件邀台灣出席峰會，未循例專人親送邀請函。陸委會發言人梁文傑今天表示，台灣是APEC正式會員，依循APEC相關規範及慣例，參與各項活動，不存在所謂「一中原則」的前提。
