PDFs are useful because they preserve a page layout across devices. The inconvenience begins when one document becomes several attachments, or a single file contains pages you do not need.

Start by making a copy of the original. Use Merge PDF to combine documents in the order you want them to appear. If you are sending only a few pages, Extract PDF pages creates a smaller document while preserving the original. Page ranges such as 1-3, 6 make this easier.

Rotation changes the page orientation; it does not recognize or rewrite the text. Similarly, flattening a form makes completed form fields part of the document. Check your entries before flattening because you may lose the ability to edit those fields afterward.

Allnira's PDF tools process files in your browser. Files are not uploaded to the Allnira server for conversion. Large documents still use your device's memory, so close unnecessary tabs and work with smaller batches if the browser becomes slow.

Before sharing, open the finished PDF and inspect the page order, text and any form fields. Optimization may reduce file size, but a document that is already compressed may become the same size or slightly larger. Always compare the result.
