Jim Cramer was hoping for one of those sleepy November days where not much happens for the Investing Club's 4th annual meeting. So much for wishful thinking.

After the most consequential midterm elections in years, in which Democrats flipped both houses of Congress and won several key gubernatorial races, the stock market has been swinging wildly as investors try to make sense of what's next.

"It stuck a dagger into the heart of the bulls, that heart being one of the greatest investment stories ever told, the multi-trillion-dollar data center buildout," Jim said in his opening address of the meeting, held at the historic New York Stock Exchange.

Join Jim and portfolio director Jeff Marks as they discuss how we got here — and the possible scenarios around the corner. Along the way, they'll also update the Club's views and outlook on every stock in the portfolio, as well as take questions from the audience at the event and from members at home.

In addition, special guest Leslie Picker, CNBC's senior finance and banking reporter, will have an intimate chat with Jim about his many influences, how to talk about money with family, and much more.

As a subscriber to the CNBC Investing Club with Jim Cramer, you will receive a trade alert before Jim makes a trade. Jim waits 45 minutes after sending a trade alert before buying or selling a stock in his charitable trust's portfolio. If Jim has talked about a stock on CNBC TV, he waits 72 hours after issuing the trade alert before executing the trade.
