Undefeated lightweight champions Caroline Dubois and Stephanie Han will meet in a three-belt unification bout in February, Jake Paul's Most Valuable Promotions announced on Friday.
Dubois, the reigning WBC and WBO champion, will face Han, the WBA champion, on Feb. 20 with all three belts on the line. The 135-pound unification fight will take place inside GECU Arena at the Don Haskins Center in Han's hometown of El Paso, Texas. The event will air on Sky Sports in the U.K. and ESPN in the U.S.
"Carline Dubois and Stephanie Han are two undefeated world champions at the top of one of the deepest and most competitive divisions in boxing" MVP co-founder Nakisa Bidarian said. "Bringing these two women together with three major world titles on the line is a huge moment for MVP and women's boxing."
Dubois (14-0-1, 5 KOs), of London, unified the WBC and WBO titles in April 2026, in a decision win against Terri Harper. Han (13-0, 3 KOs) has defended her WBA title three times, including two victories over former UFC champion Holly Holm earlier this year. A former officer with the El Paso Police Department, this will mark Han's second consecutive world title appearance in her hometown.
"This fight is a dream come true!" Han said in a statement. "I have the opportunity to unify titles in my division and get one step closer to becoming the undisputed queen of the lightweight division! To be able to fight at home at GECU Arena at the Don Haskins Center is incredibly special."
The lightweight division's fourth belt, an IBF title held by Turkish champion Elif Nur Turhan (14-0, 8 KOs) will be contested Sunday, when Nur Turhan meets junior lightweight champion Alycia Baumgardner (18-1, 7 KOs) in Arlington, Texas.
