The Official Egyptian Real Estate Platform aims to enable property developers, marketing companies and brokers to create professional, branded websites within five minutes, as part of a broader digital system designed to connect property listings, manage customer data and expand the international marketing of Egyptian real estate, Ahmed Elbatrawy, founder and CEO of the platform, said.

Elbatrawy said the initiative seeks to integrate the platform with Multiple Listing Service (MLS) systems, Internet Data Exchange (IDX) technology and LISTA Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, providing an integrated digital infrastructure for real estate marketing and sales.

He explained that LISTA is designed to go beyond conventional property-listing websites by offering tools for customer relationship management, sales organisation, inquiry tracking, marketing campaign management and data analysis, alongside artificial intelligence applications.

The system is intended to reduce developers’ and brokers’ reliance on multiple standalone software solutions, allowing them to manage customer information and track potential buyers from initial inquiries through the different stages of the sales process, he added.

Elbatrawy noted that integrating MLS and IDX technologies would allow participating companies to exchange and display authorised property listings across connected websites, reducing the need to enter and update the same property information separately across multiple platforms.

MLS systems organise property data and facilitate its exchange among participating entities, while IDX technology allows authorised listings to be displayed on connected websites, subject to data-sharing agreements and access permissions.

He added that the proposed network could improve the consistency and availability of property information, expand the reach of real estate projects and facilitate access to listings for marketers and potential buyers. However, property availability across connected websites will depend on technical integration and applicable data-sharing permissions.

On customer management, Elbatrawy said LISTA CRM is designed to organise prospective buyers’ information, record inquiries, monitor communications and coordinate sales and marketing teams.

The system also aims to use artificial intelligence and automation tools to support data analysis, streamline follow-ups and assess marketing campaign performance.

Elbatrawy said the planned integration with the Official Egyptian Real Estate Platform could expand the international reach of Egyptian property projects by combining organised property data, distribution across connected websites and centralised management of customer inquiries.

He added that digital marketing infrastructure could support real estate exports and attract foreign investment by enabling developers to reach new regional and international customer segments.

The initiative forms part of efforts to develop locally designed property technology solutions that reduce operational and marketing costs, improve access to potential buyers and expand the use of digital tools across Egypt’s real estate market.
