Dama Developments has signed cooperation agreements with several specialised companies to develop, manage and operate its mixed-use Rawasin project, located on 7.5 feddans in the southern expansion zone of New Sohag City.
The development combines residential units with commercial, medical and service facilities, alongside a social clubhouse and a mosque. It also incorporates energy-efficient building materials and architectural elements inspired by regional styles.
Under the agreements, WE Telecommunications will provide digital infrastructure and telecommunications services, while Middle East Engineering Consultancy will act as the project’s general consultant. Accord will be responsible for managing commercial facility operations.
Finishing works will be undertaken jointly by Kayan, Tecno House, MA Partners and Salah Dengal Company.
Taher Abu Raqam, Chairperson of Dama Developments, and Mahmoud Abu Aqil, Vice Chairperson, said the agreements establish an integrated operational framework aimed at streamlining coordination across engineering, finishing and technology implementation.
The commercial component of the project is centred on Rawasin Mall, which comprises a basement and three floors, offering approximately 6,280 sqm of commercial space.
