KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 27 — The government has allocated an additional RM150 million to complete three Felda New Generation Housing Projects (PGBF) involving 554 housing units.
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said the projects, comprising 200 units each at Felda Bukit Aping Timur and Felda Pasak, and 154 units at Felda Kerteh 5, were announced during Felda Settlers’ Day on July 7.
On the Rumah Pahang housing project at Felda Jengka 11, he said it had been fully handed over to the Pahang government, specifically through the Pahang Housing and Property Board (LPHP).
“The project was 75 per cent complete in 2025 and is currently undergoing maintenance under the supervision of the relevant authorities,” he said in a written reply published on Parliament’s official website yesterday.
He was replying to a question from Kamal Ashaari (PN-Kuala Krau).
Anwar added that the PGBF programme began in 2013, with a total of 2,458 housing units across 12 project sites completed and occupied by eligible second-generation Felda settlers. — Bernama
