Christchurch’s newest and highest rooftop bar might still be 10 months from opening, but champagne was poured on the 14th floor of the Sheraton Hotel as it celebrated a significant milestone this week.
The still-under-construction Sheraton on Oxford Terrace, formerly Rydges and before that Noah’s, is a refurbished, enlarged
