Labour candidate Kerrin Leoni has resigned after footage showed her appearing to campaign with Mongrel Mob members.
Labour’s election campaign was thrown into turmoil on Friday with the resignation of its Tāmaki Makaurau candidate Kerrin Leoni.
She resigned after footage, first seen by Whakaata Māori, showed her in Labour-branded gear appearing to campaign with patched gang members. The resignation comes as the campaign enters its final stages,
