Porirua Deputy Mayor Kylie Wihapi has been remembered as a leader who was passionate about her community.
Thousands are expected to descend on Porirua this morning to farewell beloved Deputy Mayor Kylie Wihapi after her sudden death.
Wihapi’s funeral service will be held at Te Rauparaha Arena from 9am following her tangihanga at Horouta Marae, which began on Thursday.
