Dairy prices have now risen at three consecutive GDT auctions.

Prices have climbed again in the latest Global Dairy Trade auction, held overnight, with the overall price index rising 3%.

It was the third consecutive gain for the GDT index, following a 2.5% increase at the previous auction and a 1.2% lift
