A firefighter responding to this week’s rescue of a base jumper in Auckland’s CBD says the man told emergency services he “didn’t have much left in him”.
A 22-year-old Belgian national is claiming responsibility for two base jumps from central Auckland buildings – one in September and one late-night Tuesday.
