Ex-cop takes case to Criminal Cases Review Commission backed by Kiwi influencer after sexual assault conviction

Ex-cop Jamie Foster and Sera Cruickshank are applying to the Criminal Cases Review Commission.

A former police officer jailed for raping a colleague is seeking to have his case sent back to court in a move backed by his influencer fiancee and the ex-cop turned PI who helped free Teina Pora.

Jamie Foster, 36, was sentenced to six years in jail in April 2020
