Toluwalope Ogunde unveils fashion hub

Fashion entrepreneur and founder of Sisi Alaso Asiko Fashion Hub, Toluwalope Ogunde, has officially unveiled the business, marking a new chapter in her entrepreneurial journey.

The grand opening, held on Sunday, November 1, 2026, was attended by family members, friends and well-wishers. Guests gathered for an evening of music, entertainment and celebration to witness the launch.

Speaking at the event, Ogunde attributed the establishment of the fashion hub to divine inspiration, revealing that her entry into the fashion industry came after two decades in catering.

“I am originally a caterer. I have been in the business for 20 years, and this is my mother’s business. But the Lord woke me up and said it was time to start clothing people. It is a business where God is covering people’s nakedness,” she said.

Expressing gratitude for the journey, Ogunde added, “Jesus did this. I am coming from somewhere very far. It has been God. God inspired this.”

The event was anchored by broadcaster, Dr Feyikemi Niyi-Olayinka, while the Lead Pastor of Jesus Liberation Ministries, Apostle Dele Johnson, delivered a word of exhortation.

Speaking on the significance of discovering one’s purpose, he noted that individual assignments were often connected to people’s natural abilities and calling.

“Whatever you are wired to do is your call,” Johnson said.

He also expressed optimism about the future of the fashion business, predicting that it would provide valuable services, create opportunities and expand beyond Nigeria.

“This business shall provide valuable services. It will create opportunities, branching out all over the world,” the cleric said.
