Air Algérie has signed a ground handling contract with Skyway Aviation Handling Company for the handling of its ground operations for its Lagos and Abuja operations.
Under the agreement, SAHCO will provide comprehensive ground handling services to the Algerian national carrier, according to a statement made available to The PUNCH on Tuesday.
The handling company said the latest contract underscores the confidence international airlines continue to place in SAHCO’s capacity to deliver reliable services in line with global aviation standards.
In the statement, Chairman of SAHCO Plc, Taiwo Afolabi, welcomed the agreement, describing it as a reflection of the company’s growing reputation for operational excellence.
“We are delighted that Air Algérie has chosen SAHCO as its ground handling partner in Lagos and Abuja,” Afolabi said.
He added that the decision reflected the company’s commitment to maintaining high standards across its operations.

The statement further emphasised SAHCO’s nationwide presence, saying it remains a significant advantage in Nigeria’s competitive ground handling industry.
