Kasarla Shashidhar, an inspector in the Karimnagar Police Commissionerate, has been selected for the Kendriya Grihmantri Dakshata Padak-2026 in recognition of his outstanding work and service in criminal investigation.
According to a press release, Mr. Shashidhar carried out an effective investigation based on technical evidence in a murder case registered at Karimnagar Rural Police Station in 2019. His investigation led to 15 accused being sentenced to life imprisonment by a local court.
Karimnagar Police Commissioner Gaush Alam felicitated Mr. Shashidhar at the Police Commissionerate office in Karimnagar on Saturday for being selected for the prestigious award.
