Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited-Kochi Refinery (BPCL-KR) will conduct a mock drill on Tuesday (October 27, 2026) to review safety precautions and procedures to be followed in emergency situations.

Industrial establishments and fire stations in nearby areas will also participate. In a release, the authorities requested nearby residents not to panic on hearing the emergency siren or seeing the preparedness activities.
