Thousands of people have gathered in Derry for the annual Halloween celebrations.
Thousands are lining the route for the parade and fireworks - the pinnacle of a week of festivities.
People have come from across the world to view the spectacle - now in its 40th year.
The parade is being lead by Mayor of Derry Grace Uí Niallais.
"This year marks an extraordinary milestone as we celebrate 40 years of Derry Halloween.
"What began as a small-scale local event in 1986 has now grown into Europe's largest Halloween festival and one of Ireland's most famous cultural events," she said.
The event is being beamed across the United States.
The Fox Corporation is covering the event via TV and its streaming service LiveNOW from FOX beaming it into up to 90 million US households.
