Jury deliberations have been adjourned for the weekend in the trial of a 52-year-old man charged with the murder of an 89-year-old woman in Co Tipperary two years ago.
Josephine 'Josie' Ray, a mother of five, was found dead at her home in Nenagh, Co Tipperary in August 2024.
Hasan Ali Gori, who was living at Ms Ray's home at St Joseph's Park, and was involved in a relationship with her daughter, Mary, has denied the charge during a three-week trial at the Central Criminal Court in Limerick.
The jury will resume its deliberations at 2pm on Monday.
The jury has been deliberating for four hours and 46 minutes up to this evening's adjournment.
