Five teenagers stabbed at Halloween party

Five people have been injured in a "serious assault" on Halloween, according to police.

Hampshire Police said officers were called to Park Road in Chandler's Ford, near Eastleigh, overnight and remain at the scene with a police cordon in place.

In a statement, the Eastleigh Police team said it recognised the incident would be "concerning for local residents" and it was "actively investigating the circumstances".

An eyewitness told the BBC ambulances and an air ambulance had attended, adding that teenagers at a party in the area were heard saying they had been stabbed.
